1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options available at checkout.
2. Do you offer refunds?
No. Oh Szafa offers store credit only for eligible returns.
3. What items are final sale?
Bodysuits, clearance items, discounted-at-checkout items, and all marked sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
4. How long do I have to request a return?
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and return the item within 14 days.
5. How do I start a return?
Email us at ohszafastore@gmail.com to request an RMA number within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. Do you provide return labels?
No. At this time, return labels are not provided by Oh Szafa.
8. How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 2–5 business days after your return is delivered for your store credit to be issued.
9. How will I receive my store credit?
Store credit will be sent via email in the form of an e-gift card.
10. What condition must items be in to be returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. No stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
11. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it with the same item and size if available.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, cancellations receive store credit only.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers must notify us of return requests within 3 days of delivery.
14. How soon will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
15. Where do you ship from?
We ship from the USA, using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and other trusted carriers.
