OH SZAFA RETURN POLICY

Please review our store policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Oh Szafa, you agree to the following terms.

DISCOUNT & SALE ITEMS

Products on our website receive a discount at checkout.
If you wish to purchase an item at regular (non-sale) price, please contact us before placing your order.

Clearance, Discounted-at-Checkout, and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
(Exceptions may apply.)

RETURN POLICY

We ask that all customers read and understand our return policy before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or product details, please contact us—we are happy to assist.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

Oh Szafa offers store credit only for eligible returns.
We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To receive store credit:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
    (International orders: within 5 days of delivery).
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
    • No stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
    • All original tags attached
  • Bodysuits, Clearance Items, and Final Sale Items are NOT returnable.

Returns may take 2–5 business days to process once received.

RMA NUMBER REQUIRED

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing:

An RMA number will be provided. Items returned without an RMA may be refused.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Oh Szafa does not provide return labels.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or unreceived packages.
  • Please include the original invoice inside the package.

Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email e-gift card within up to 3 business days.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We inspect all items before shipping.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • Email: ohszafacustomerservice@gmail.com
  • We will replace the item with the same product in the same size (if available)

Final Sale items can only be exchanged if defective. No refunds. No exceptions.

Garments damaged through wear and tear are not considered defective.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
Cancellations after 24 hours will receive store credit only.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ohszafacustomerservice@gmail.com.

RESTOCKING FEES

The following fees may apply:

  • Refused packages or unclaimed packages: 5% restocking fee + shipping cost
  • Damaged item returned: 30% fee
  • Sale/discount items returned (if exception approved): 10% restocking fee

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Items advertised with “Free Shipping” that are returned will have shipping costs deducted from the store credit:

  • DHL: $39 per item (or actual cost based on location)
  • USPS: based on your location, per item weigh
  • Standard shipping: rate based on package weight and destination
